We women need about 320 mg of Magnesium a day, and we can get that through the foods we eat- like bananas, spinach, cashews, almonds, seeds, avocados and more.
We can fill in any gaps with magnesium supplements. When taking a supplement, be sure to take Magnesium Glycinate so that you don’t clean yourself out, if you catch my drift… it’s gentler on the stomach.
You can also use magnesium chloride flakes to take a bath in (better than Epsom salts which are magnesium sulfate). You can even make your own magnesium oil with them. I use the Ancient Minerals Brand, which you can find on Amazon.
In short, get you some magnesium so you can start living your best life! Try to get your 320 mg every day for a month and just watch what happens! Your body might just start operating how it’s meant to!
