1. Quince makes great affordable activewear, and they call it ultra soft for a reason! V-Neck tank top and Leggings.
2. I own these Bala bangles– they can be worn on the ankle or wrist and are easy on the eyes.
3. A little weight set is terrific for the space- challenged.
4. The color combo on these Saucony sneakers is fun! Size up.
5. My OG go to tumbler is easy to clean and doesn’t leak if you tip it over.
6. A yoga mat is a necessity for both stretching and pilates. This one has a cute shape.
7. Here’s an aesthetically pleasing roller – helps to motivate those workouts!
8. The pickle ball experts have so many variations of paddles. Love this one- comes with its own case.
9. My favorite amazon set comes in a bazillion colors, and is not see through. Sports Bra & High waisted leggings.
10. These bands are a must have for online pilates classes and make an amazing gift.
11. Hokas always and forever! These are good for the knees.
12. This spray is a fitness guru must have. Rids the skin of bacteria and works on your weighted vest, too.
13. The ankle socks aren’t too high or too low. Millennial and Gen Z approved, and affordable!
14. My weighted vest: If she is new, get the 8 pound to start building bone density and muscle.

For The Content Creator

1. These reflectors have come in handy to get the perfect light.

3. I love this tripod so much I bought it 3 times to keep in different rooms and for travel.

14. Rob added these Crocs to the list because he owns them! Misery loves company lol
15. Why leave the guys out? They need a little depuffing, and these eye patches do the trick.

For Him Luxury

1. This cardigan is a classic that he can wear every winter for the rest of his life.
