How to Style Long Denim Shorts

Long denim shorts!

I love them – they are so easy to wear! I have been playing around with a few pairs and different ways to style long denim shorts. Everything here is from Nordstrom- my go-to!

Let’s start with the shorts. These ones are by Good American. They are fantastic because they are the perfect high waist- right at the belly button and look like a semi-long short in the front.  

Turn to the side and we have a high low- which is fantastic for style and coverage! These have a stretch to them. Good American usually stretch out over time as well. 

I normally size down in Good American and I could have with these, but I liked a more relaxed fit in the leg here, so I got my normal size. 

For a more fitted look like on the model, size down one.  

Here are a few more pair of long denim shorts, including the Agolde Parker long cuffed, which I also own. 

I started with a bodysuit which looks great on its own or topped with an oversized button up. 

These shorts look great dressed down and casual with this swing tank, tucked and belted. 

For a romantic day look, I paired them with this peplum/tie shoulder tank by madewell.
