It’s almost here: The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! I’ve said it before and I will say it again: Nordstrom is near and dear to my heart. Not only because I was born in Seattle and grew up in the Pacific Northwest alongside this Seattle based company. But also because Nordstrom was where I began my career. Rob worked for Nordstrom in Mens Shoes, and I worked for Nordstrom in Cosmetics. If it weren’t for this company I would not have grown in my career with La Mer and Jo Malone London. Nordstrom taught me how to serve people the way I do now: Going above and beyond.

Why the Sale is special to me

The Anniversary Sale is particularly fun for me. For Nordstrom it was always the biggest sale of the year and it almost always opened to the public on my birthday. Customers lined up at the door the morning of, and we all stood in formation, cheering as the doors opened and customers eagerly shopped fall items on sale in the middle of the summer.

Once the day was finished, Rob would pick me up from work, and for my birthday I would shop the sale for an item or two and we would celebrate with dinner. It’s one of my favorite memories.

Why Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is Different

The thing that makes this sale different is these are value items and NEW fall pieces that arrive and are instantly placed on sale at up to 40% savings, going back up to regular price once the sale is finished. The Sale is for everyone, but Nordstrom cardholders are able to shop the sale early.

The sale starts on July 15th and Early Access is July 9-14 for Nordstrom cardholders. The Preview of the Sale came out today for anyone who wants to start a wishlist. I wanted to curate a list of items that I love for you here.

Online Preview June 27

• This is when you can preview everything that’s on sale and create your favorites list. That way when it’s your turn to shop, you will be ready to go because things sell out quick! Preview the sale here.

Early Access 

• Early Access is for Nordstrom Cardmembers.  On your eligible shopping day, cardholders can shop at 12:01 am EST online.  For Icons, that’s July 9, Ambassadors July 10, and Influencers July 11 (every cardmember is automatically Influencer status.)  

If you are not a Nordstrom Card Holder but want to sign up you can do that HERE! If you get approved you will have access to shop on July 11th or earlier, depending on your status.

Public Sale

• Everyone else is eligible to shop July 15-August 4th, and if you’re a Nordy Club member, you also earn points
